- 1 (20oz) can of pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp. Of all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 10-12 crumbled Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain pineapple, reserve 1/3 of juice.
- Combine flour, sugar, juice, cheese, and pineapple in baking dish.
- Place Ritz crackers and butter scattered and sprinkled on top over the dish.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
