Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (20oz) can of pineapple chunks
  • 3 tbsp. Of all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 10-12 crumbled Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserve 1/3 of juice.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, juice, cheese, and pineapple in baking dish.
  4. Place Ritz crackers and butter scattered and sprinkled on top over the dish.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
